What ,makes us different?

We both come from Wedding Planning backgrounds, but we only specialise in on-the-day coordination. This means our time is dedicated to those final weeks before your big day, and putting all of our energy into turning your visions into your reality. 

My venue already has a coordinator, why would I need your services?

We always advise couples that a venue coordinator is completely different from a wedding coordinator. A wedding coordinator will not only oversea every single supplier coming to your wedding, we will setup your venue exactly how you've envisioned, get you and your bridal party into their dresses if needed, stay until the evening to ensure everything runs smoothly. If a supplier is running late or comes into difficulty, we will sort this for you. Unfortunately, venue coordinators are not responsible for this, so if you require this service, you need an on-the-day wedding coordinator. 

How long will you stay for on the day?

We work on a 10 hour basis for both couples and wedding planners, however if you require us to stay later, you can add these additional hours on. We will never leave a wedding until we feel we've completed our schedule for that day. 

Can you coordinate my wedding abroad?

Absolutely, we love a destination wedding. We understand the requirements for these are different and expect up to a 3 day coordination for this. All destination wedding coordinator quotes are bespoke, we will meet for an initial consultation to go over all of the details. 

What if I can't see my venue on your portfolio?

We always tell all of our couples that there are hundreds of venues over the UK and it is more uncommon for us to coordinate at the same venue more than twice in a year! If we haven't worked at your chosen venue, we will visit the site before your day to ensure we are aware of the logistics, so you can rest assured everything is perfect for your wedding day.

Can I book just one of you?

We only work alone for planners and not couples. If you would like to hire us to coordinate your wedding we highly recommend that you have at least 2 assistants. The reason being, quite often we need to be in two places at once and we cannot do this effectively with one assistant. If you are certain you only want one assistant, please do email us with some more information on your wedding.
